If you upload images to the website, please avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the site can download and extract location data from images.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.


How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. For registered users, we store personal information in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except the username). Admins can also see and edit this information.


What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an export of your data or ask us to delete it. This does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
